The finalization of the project is followed by a technical design stage. We use a variety of working methods to put our vision into practice, from modeling to sketches and photographs. But our work doesn’t stop at the office. We offer design implementation services, because we know that this is the most difficult and costly part of a project. We will make numerous site visits to ensure that everything is implemented according to plan during the milestones. We will not miss the handover to make sure that everything is executed flawlessly.
HOW DO WE DO IT?
Also now we establish the functions of the space, the lifestyle that characterizes you and the flow of the spaces. We will guide you through an extensive questionnaire related to the surface area of the space, its compartmentalization, style and color preferences, lighting and landscaping elements, as well as finishes and furnishings.
Because we know that any improvement involves a major investment, we will be with you every step of the way in all the technical and legal aspects of the work, without ever losing sight of the budget.
The next step is to outline the design brief, which you will be an active witness to, after which we visit the site to take measurements and observe the building networks. Basically we do a complete X-ray of the space to be developed.
