PROJECT STEPS
It is important to understand the client’s needs, so we will start by gathering specific information of interest and details about the beneficiaries’ lifestyle. This is the process through which the Design Masters team creates the design brief.
Our team will then carry out measurements and an analysis of the property‘s technical conditions to have a complete picture. In specific cases where necessary, a technical expertise will be conducted.
At the end of this stage, the design brief is created, which is configured based on the client’s brief and technical expertise.
Based on the gathered information, the initial stages of the project are finalized. At this point, the Design Masters team presents the client with a 2D furniture plan and the space planning flow.
Furthermore, it will be determined whether the space requires interior reconfiguration, and the functionality of each area will be defined. Moreover, the furniture pieces will be arranged within the existing spaces. Then, we move on to the third stage.
In this phase, the client receives suggestions for real objects, and all the elements that make up the design are proposed:
- Surface Finish
- Finished furniture pieces (new furniture elements will be proposed to the client, plans for custom furniture will be determined, and the design of custom furniture will be created)
- Interior carpentry (doors, baseboards, decorative wall profiles)
- Lighting fixtures
- Proposed textile products (curtains, drapes, carpets, decorative pillows, etc.)
- Accessories and decorations.
At this point, the Design Masters team will be able to create a 3D modeling of the space using design software, and renderings will be produced. Additionally, the aesthetic design needs to be coordinated with the technical aspects. As a result, the client will receive detailed drawings and the budget allocation per space. Furthermore, construction works and implementation costs will be estimated.
In this phase, all the necessary work will be carried out, involving a series of sub-stages, which are outlined below:
- 4.1 Technical documentation of the space;
- 4.2 Demolition of non-compliant elements;
- 4.3 Construction of new partitions or enclosures if necessary;
- 4.4 Electrical and plumbing system refurbishment if necessary;
- 4.5 Implementation of sanitary, heating, air conditioning, video surveillance, alarm systems, fire protection systems, shading systems, and automation systems;
- 4.6 Establishment of infrastructure for the Smart-Home system;
- 4.7 Repairs and modifications to walls, ceilings, and floors;
- 4.8 Vertical and horizontal finishing cladding (installation of flooring, tiles, and faience, etc.);
- 4.9 Finishing of walls and ceilings;
- 4.10 This step marks the completion of the initial works, and measurements for custom furniture will be taken;
- 4.11 Installation of interior carpentry (doors, baseboards, decorative profiles);
- 4.12 Installation of lighting fixtures;
- 4.13 Installation of furniture (both custom-made and off-the-shelf);
- 4.14 Installation of accessories and decorations (artwork, prints, carpets, textile elements);
- 4.15 Installation of shading systems (curtains, drapes, blinds);
Throughout this stage, the Design Masters team will regularly visit the construction site to ensure that all steps are being followed and that every detail is in accordance with the design.
In this phase, the Design Masters team hands over the entire design to the client, and the final acceptance is conducted.
Because we understand that any renovation involves a significant investment, we will be by your side, step by step in all technical and even legal aspects of the project, without losing sight of the budget. Perfect balance is one of the fundamental elements of interior design in space planning.

Perfect Balance
When designing a space, it provides us with the flow of the room. Through the planning process, we can determine if the space is suitable for a symmetric or asymmetric look.
Symmetric Balance: It works by using the invisible axis in the center of a space and applying mirror arrangements of different design elements on each side. Focal points are an important aspect of a room as they provide not only visual interest but also a sense of order.
Asymmetric Balance: Not all spaces lend themselves to the uniform look of symmetry. This is where asymmetry comes in, as it offers a more dynamic look with a variety of elements working together to create perfect balance. The key here is to balance scale, textures, and color.
